Our
Owners
Troy Hopkins
Troy Hopkins created the concept of Interior Marketplace
and was the original owner, along with wife Patty Hopkins. Prompted
by a long-time interest in furniture building, Troy spent time
"moonlighting" and selling furniture while he was still
employed in an executive position with the Frito-Lay company in
Tennessee. This eventually led to the establishment of Interior
Marketplace in 2000. The complex opened with Troy at its helm
as Operating Manager and twelve shops in a renovated old church
and farmhouse. His current business partner,Tom Stackhouse, joined
him in 2002. Though he retains his involvement with the administration
of Interior Marketplace, Troy owns and operates a second business
in the Huntsville area, Office Pride, and has relinquished the
job of Operations Manager to Tom Stackhouse. |

Tom Stackhouse
Tom Stackhouse is both an owner and the current
Operating Manager of Interior Marketplace. Tom joined our staff
in 2002 and has more than 30 years of retail experience. He relocated
to Huntsville in 2001, joining family members "Biddie"
and Ronnie Banks, who are long-time Huntsville area residents.
Tom owned his own jewelry business in Florida for over 20 years,
and is a skilled jewelry maker, designer, and goldsmith. Past
experience also includes years as a college administrator after
receiving a BA from Valdosta State University and earning an ME
from Indiana University. Tom can be found hard at work for hours
before Interior Marketplace opens its doors in the morning and
is on site assisting customers and staff throughout the day. |

Frances Rembert
Linda Christian
Linda has been a hard-working and accommodating
member of our sales staff since 2005. Linda and her husband Mike
are long-time Huntsville residents and have two daughters, Olivia
and Grace. (Olivia has joined our regularly scheduled part-time
sales staff!) Linda comes to Interior Marketplace after time spent
raising her family and involvement in church activities. She continues
to balance those responsibilities with her job and "leisure"
time hobbies like daily distance running and sewing
Frances Rembert
Frances Rembert came to Interior Marketplace after
she moved to Huntsville to be near her daughter,
Jill Adams, and her family. Frances also has a son,
Jamie, who is a practicing physician in San Francisco. Frances
moved to Huntsville from South Carolina, where she was the working
owner of her own specialty toyshop, The Fun Forest, for 17 years.
Her genuine enthusiasm for helping customers makes her invaluable
to our sales staff. |

and architectural renderings of area homes. A 2003 graduate
of Auburn University, Hilary was recognized with an "Exceptional
Art" Award in Huntsville's Bicentennial art contest and

energetic student: Olivia Christian. She work afternoons, weekends and summer
hours at our sales counters, balancing school studies and
activities with her work at our store. We are proud to have
